Recipe Ingredients for Sensational Summer Salad

75 grams mango
85 grams strawberries
75 grams cucumber
30 grams dried cranberries
150 grams granny smith apple
150 grams Romaine Lettuce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
125 grams feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Sensational Summer Salad

Toss the diced apple with the lemon juice in a large mixing bowl until well coated; drain and discard any excess lemon juice. Place the lettuce into the mixing bowl, then add, avocado, cucumber, feta cheese, fruit, berries, and cranberries. Gently toss the salad with the balsamic vinaigrette, and serve immediately.
