A dense bread. Great for Ramadan because it is quick and filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Semolina Flatbread

32 oz Semolina Pasta Flour
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 1/2 tsp Salt, Table
4 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Semolina Flatbread

Mix salt, 4 tablespoons olive oil, and semolina flour in a large bowl. Add water gradually, mixing with hands, until the dough is no longer sticky and molds easily with one hand. Separate the dough into six balls. Roll each ball to no more than a quarter inch thick. Heat 6 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry each round, flipping over periodically, until dark spots appear on the surface. Let each round rest in a towel as you fry the next one.
