Recipe Ingredients for Semi-Skinny Omelette

1 egg white
1 egg
1/6 cup green onion
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Semi-Skinny Omelette

Whisk all ingredients, heat pan, spray with cooking oil spray (i use 15 sprays at 1 calorie each), add egg mixture to pan and cook (flipping once) till happy.
