Recipe Ingredients for Semi-American Sorta-Curry

1 serving Meijer Boneless
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic
0.25 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 serving Clover Honey
4 serving Calrose Rice
1 Medium Clementines

Recipe Directions for Semi-American Sorta-Curry

  1. 1 boneless/skinless chicken breast

  2. 1 tbsp coconut oil

  3. 1 tbsp honey

  4. 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  5. 1/4 tsp minced garlic

  6. 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

  7. 1/8 tsp paprika

  8. 1/8 tsp chili powder

  9. 1/8 tsp garlic powder

  10. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  11. 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

  12. 1/8 tsp curry powder

  13. 1/8 tsp onion powder

  14. 1-2 drops hot sauce

  15. 1 clementine, halved & squeezed

  16. Let 1 boneless/skinless chicken thigh thaw, but not completely; 1-2 hours. Cut into strips, then into rough cubes. Place in pan with coconut oil, spices, and hot sauce. Once oil melts and chicken begins to change color, add honey. Let liquid reduce several minutes after chicken pieces are fully cooked. Squeezed halved clementine into mix, cook several minutes longer. When liquid has reduced to desired consistency, add mustard; stir 30 -60 seconds. Remove from heat, plate over rice or noodles.
