chocolate & cream cheese cupcakes

Recipe Ingredients for Self frosting cupcakes

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
6 oz chocolate chips
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Self frosting cupcakes

  1. mix first 8 ingredients

  2. spoon into pans

  3. beat cr cheese, sugar, egg & almond

  4. stir in choc chips

  5. drop by spoonful into batter

  6. sprinke nuts on top
