Recipe Ingredients for seitan chop suey

1 cup broth
3 T soy sauce
2 T blackstrap molasses
2 servings seitan
1 T olive oil
1 1/2 c broccoli
1 c green beans
3 T flour
3 T cornstarch
2 cups whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for seitan chop suey

mix broth, soysauce, red pepper, pepper, and molasses. Marinate seitan. Coat seitan in flour and pan sear in half of the olive oil, put aside. Saute vegetables in remaining oil, then add rest of marinade mix, then add cooked pasta. Add seitan back in. eat
