Recipe Ingredients for Seedy Nutty Oat Bars

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 cup steel cut oats
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Oat Bran Cereal
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Seedy Nutty Oat Bars

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Microwave 30 seconds to blend. Then measure and mix rest of ingredients. Pour peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Press oat mixture into pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 hours. Then cut into 16 square bars.
