Recipe Ingredients for Seed Salad

1/2 can tuna, in water
4 cups spring mix lettuce
1 apple, chopped
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (raw)
2 tbsp salad dressing

Recipe Directions for Seed Salad

  1. chop up the apple and put it in the salad with the seeds. serve the tuna on the side or mixed in the salad...healthy...yummy!

  2. NOTE: this recepie could be healthier with a better dressing.
