A fantastic dense and nutty bread. Apparently very good for breast feeding!

Recipe Ingredients for Seed and nut bread

330 grams Organic Spelt Flour
170 grams Rye Flour, Medium
5 grams Yeast
2 tsp Sea Salt
50 grams Pumpkin Seeds
50 grams Original Sunflower Seeds
50 grams Shelled Pine Nuts
10 grams Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Glass Water

Recipe Directions for Seed and nut bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients together, then mix in the nuts and seeds.

  2. Add salt (crushed), yeast and Olive oil and mix again

  3. add 300 ml warm water.

  4. Mix throughly and knead briefly.

  5. Put in well greased loaf tin and leave 1 - 3 hours to rise (it won't rise much).

  6. Bake 20 minutes at 230/450 degrees then reduce the heat to 200/400 for a further 20 minutes

  7. Store in air tight container, should be good for a week - 10 days.
