Recipe Ingredients for Seed and Coconut Flapjack

150 g oats
15 g desiccated coconut , should be 2 tbsp.
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped
1 tbsp flaxseeds
3 tbsp honey
5 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Seed and Coconut Flapjack

  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 350F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients, add honey and oil and mix very well to ensure an even distribution.

  3. Transfer to a greased tin, about 14cm by 14cm, (Important to grease!) and press down with baking paper to compress it. Bake for 25-30 mins.

  4. Cut into 8 fingers and let cool.
