Recipe Ingredients for sebzeli kofte

1 lb ground beef
1/2 bell pepper
1 medium onion
100 g almond meal
1 tomato
4 slices bread
1 stalk celery
10 g parsley
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for sebzeli kofte

  1. grate onions, tomato, bell pepper and celery

  2. grind almonds or use almond meal

  3. chop parsley finely

  4. put everything together and kneed for 10 min

  5. make patties

  6. cook on nonstick pan or barbeque
