Recipe Ingredients for Seb's magnificent meatloaf

500 grams ground beef, lean
350 grams ground pork, lean
1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1 onion
1 tablespoon ketchup
125 grams Mozzarellissima
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Seb's magnificent meatloaf

  1. Dice the onion

  2. In a large bowl, add the meats, the diced onion, 2 tbs of BBQ sauce and the mustard. Add seasoning to taste, and mix togheter until it forms an even ball.

  3. Add the breadcrumbs and coat the ball evenly.

  4. Make a large hole in the center of the ball, cut the cheese into thin slices and insert inside the hole, close the hole and insure that there is no crack (or else the cheese will run out) and that the meatloaf is sealed.

  5. In a bread pan, pat down the mixture evenly. Put the last tablespoon of BBQ sauce on top and spread evenly.

  6. Cook in 400 degree oven til ready
