Recipe Ingredients for Seb's Fried Pancakes

1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons of skim milk
1 tablespoon of molasses

Recipe Directions for Seb's Fried Pancakes

  1. In a bowl mix the egg, the flour and the milk, wish til batter is smooth

  2. Heat a pan on the stove with some oil

  3. When the oil is hot, add the mixture and spread out with a spatula

  4. Turn the pancake when the bottom is golden brown

  5. Take the pancake out of the oil when it is fully cooked and golden brown on both sides (do not wait too long, the bottom will not be as beautiful as the top, if you see the sides are brown, it's ready)

  6. Put molasses on top and enjoy!
