The real quantities : 90 grams of margarine and 90 grams of cream. I used 5 % fat Quebon cooking cream and achieve great results.

31 grams of margarine, Becel RSF
45 grams of cream, 5%
90 grams of parmesan

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan

  2. Add the cream and the cheese

  3. Whisk very delicately until sauce is hot and cheese has melted. Whisking it too hard will cause the butter and the cream to seperate which will affect the sauce's taste.

  4. Serve on your favorite pasta
