Recipe Ingredients for seaweed salad

1 ounce alfalfa sprouts
1/2 small carrot
1/4 small cucumber
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 cup edamame
1/8 orange
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for seaweed salad

  1. grate carrot, fresh ginger root and garlic

  2. chop garlic finely

  3. squeeze out juice of orange, removing seeds

  4. cook edamame if pre-frozen, or shell if fresh

  5. combine all ingredients, serve, add soy sauce if desired
