Great tasting burgers that even my pickiest kid liked.

Recipe Ingredients for Seasoned Turkey Burgers

1 lb ground turkey
2 egg whites
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp bread crumbs, seasoned
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Recipe Directions for Seasoned Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix all of the ingredients, except buns and cheest together in a mixing bowl. Form into 4 patties.

  2. Cook over medium high heat on a nonstick skillet or grill until cooked through or until they reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees.

  3. Add cheese at end and let it melt over the top.

  4. Put patties on buns and top with your favorite condiments. For a twist, try ranch and feta cheese instead of mustard and ketchup.
