Free range eggs scrambled with a few household seasonings.

Recipe Ingredients for Seasoned Omelet/ Freerun

3 serving Egg, Whole
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
1 grams Garlic Powder
1 serving Sea Salt
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Seasoned Omelet/ Freerun

  1. Brown mushrooms, basil and garlic powder in 1 tsp of Olive oil on med. hi heat.

  2. Lightly beat 3 (free range) eggs and add a dash or 2 of sea salt ( preferably Celtic). Mix beaten eggs into the pan with other ingredients and add cheese.

  3. Total prep/ cook time is less than 10 minutes.
