Recipe Ingredients for Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breasts

16 ounce Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
1 tsp. Salt, Table
1 tsp. Pepper, Black
1 tsp. Spices Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cumin Seed
1 tsp. Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breasts

  1. Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  2. 16ounce chicken breasts, boneless & skinless

  3. 1tsp. salt

  4. 1tsp. pepper

  5. 1/2tsp. cajun seasoning

  6. 1/2tsp. garlic powder

  7. 1/4tsp. cumin

  8. 1/4tsp. chili powder

  9. Directions

  10. 1.Preheat indoor grill

  11. 2.Meanwhile, season the chicken breasts using one season/spice at a time. (I use the order in which I listed them).

  12. 3.Spray the preheated grill with cooking spray and place chicken breasts on the grill.

  13. 4.Close the top and cook chicken breasts for 5 to 8 minutes (depending on the thickness) until completely done.
