Makes 1 serving



Chicken seasoned with cumin and seasoned salt and a slight heat. Spice measurements are not exact since I usually just tend to eyeball it and add as I like--more so to give a reference of ratios to each other.

Recipe Ingredients for Seasoned chicken

1 chicken breast
1 tsp cayenne
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Seasoned chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Add olive oil to pan or skillet on medium-high on stove.

  3. Add spices to each side of chicken and brown surface of chicken.

  4. Once all sides have been cooked, remove from pan and transfer to baking pan (lined with foil for easier cleanup) and cook in oven at 400 for 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
