1 pound tuna
1 dash garlic
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 heads romaine lettuce
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 navel orange, peeled and sectioned

  1. sear the fish after rolling in the oil & seeds

  2. assemble salad

  3. eat with sesame vinegarette
