Seared tuna and salad in a lime dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Seared Tuna Salad

6 ounce tuna steak
1 Avocado, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup red onions
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
6 cups salad
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 teaspoon wasabi powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Seared Tuna Salad

Sear tuna 1-2 minutes per side. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, soy and salt and pepper, zest. Add avocado to dressing and tuna. Toss with salad and sesame seeds.
