Fresh Tuna Steaks with stir fry and egg noodles

240 g Tuna Steaks
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 red chili pepper
50 g dried egg noodles
2 spring onions
1 garlic clove
1 carrot
1 red pepper
75 g sugar snap peas
1 yellow pepper
100 g chinese cabbage
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon coriander

  1. Marinate tuna in soy sauce, ginger, chili,
