Rib Eye with mashed potato and green beans

Recipe Ingredients for Seared Rib Eye

6 oz. steak, rib eye
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
5 oz green beans, blanched
1 potato, boiled
3 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper
1/8 cup heavy cream
1/2 oz butter

Recipe Directions for Seared Rib Eye

  1. Marinate steak in olive oil, garlic, and rosemary over night

  2. Sear Steak

  3. Saute beans

  4. warm cream and butter

  5. place in blender with potato

  6. mix until soft
