Recipe Ingredients for Seared Marinated Flank Steak

8 oz flank steak
1/4 c red wine
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for Seared Marinated Flank Steak

Cut the steak in half horizontally to make 2 thin steaks, 4 oz each. Mix marinade and toss steak pieces to coat. Leave in marinade and refrigerate for 4 - 8 hrs, turning occasionally. Heat non-stick skillet over med-high and sear steaks for 2 minutes each side for medium rare.
