A delicious light salad perfect for summer BBQ's

Recipe Ingredients for Sean's Greek Salad

2 cups english cucumber
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1/4 cup olives
1/2 cup chopped italian parsley
1 yellow pepper
1/2 sweet onion
2 cups zuchinni
2 tomatos
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Sean's Greek Salad

  1. Slice the cucumber and zuchinni in half and cut into 1/4" slices.

  2. Dice the onion and pepper into 3/4" squares

  3. Combine the ingredients in a bowl toss with vinegar and oil. Cover and refregerate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Toss w/ feta immediately before serving.
