Similar to valenciana, made with turkey breast instead of chicken and tin tomatoes instead of safron, but very tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood and Turkey Paella (mock)

2 onions
1 red pepper
420 grams turkey breast
100 grams prawns
100 grams mussels
100 grams scallops
400 grams rice
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
300 grams chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 stock cube

Recipe Directions for Seafood and Turkey Paella (mock)

  1. Chop 1 large onion and 1 red pepper medium to large, chop the turkey breast and have it ready together with the seafood.

  2. In a large paella pan, or any pan, pour the oil and add the chopped onions and peppers and clove of garlic.

  3. Once these are soft add on the turkey and seafood, cook for about 4 minutes and add the rice, mixing all the ingredients.

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, stock cube and about 1/2 pint of warter.

  5. Cook until rice is soft.

  6. Finish in oven for 10 minutes.
