Tomato and mushroom soup. Add frozen seafood.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood, tomato, and mushroom soup

1/2 c canned tomatoes, diced
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 c mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp garlic
1/3 c nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Seafood, tomato, and mushroom soup

  1. Saute onion and carrots.

  2. Add mushrooms and garlic.

  3. Add tomatoes once mushroom liquid has evaporated.

  4. Add 1 c water and milk. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes.

  5. Add frozen seafood. Simmer 10 minutes.
