Shrimp or other seafood may be substituted for the imitation crab. Serve over cauliflower rice for a low fat, low calorie meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Stir Fry

227 g Imitation Crab
273 g Shrimp
500 g Onion
250 g Cauliflower
250 g Broccoli
300 g Bell Pepper
900 g Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Seafood Stir Fry

  1. Chop, wash and dry all ingredients.

  2. Stir fry each ingredient individually, set aside.

  3. Mix ingredients together.

  4. Re-fry a little at a time adding seasoning and Worchestershire or other sauce as desired.
