Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Stew

12 oz raw Seafood Mix
32 oz Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 oz Cilantro
1/4 cup Parsley
1/4 oz Scotch Bonnet Chile Peppers
1 container MINUTE Ready to Serve Brown
1 oz Tarragon

Recipe Directions for Seafood Stew

lightly sauté frozen seafood mix with 1/2 cup broth & garlic. drain & add to remainder of broth over low heat in soup pot. add diced peppers, stir then simmer covered. peel back lid on container of rice & microwave for 45 seconds only. add to soup, stir then add fresh chopped herbs. cover & simmer for 10 minutes - serve hot.
