Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Stew

4 oz. salmon
4 oz. bay scallops
1 tbs flour
1 tbs butter
1 oz. bacon
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 pinch of salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup milk
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tbs parsley
