Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Stew

2 1/2 cups Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
1/2 cup rice
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes, no salt added
1 zucchini, diced
2 carrots, sliced
6 ounces cod
6 ounces shrimp
1 dash cayenne pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Seafood Stew

  1. Saute onion and garlic until tender

  2. Add chicken broth and rice. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat about 20 minutes.

  3. Add vegetables. Simmer another 10 minutes.

  4. Add seafoods and seasoning. Simmer until seafood flakes easily with a fork and shrimp is pink.
