Recipe Ingredients for Seafood soup

1/2 cup thyme
3 cups scallions
4 cups celery
24 g Garlic
20 g coriander leaves
32 oz mixed vegetables
4 cups potatoes
2 cups carrots
2 lbs imitation crab meat
2 lbs shrimp
2 lbs Tilapia Fillets
12 oz oyster sauce
8 oz clam juice
8 g bay leaves
1 tbsp black pepper
24 g Bouillon
32 g Vegetable Bouillon
6 serving All Island Spice All Purpose Seasoning
30 cups water

Recipe Directions for Seafood soup

Sautee the garlic, scallions, celery, thyme and coriander in a table spoon of olive oil. Put the vegetables in with the oyster sauce and clam juice. Once completely mixed, add the water and let boil till vegetable are 1/2 done. once vegetable are 1/2 tender add the meat and let boil. You can add any seafood to this dish.
