Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Saute

13 oz. salmon
13 oz. shrimp
8 oz. halibut
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Seafood Saute

Pre-heat skillet to med-hi. Add oil and butter. Add salmon, shrimp, and halibut. Saute until just done, shrimp will be mostly pink. Add salt, pepper and garlic seasoning. Add 1.5 cups of broth, mix remaining broth with cornstarch and add, stir well.
