Shrimp, crab, calamari and scallops in a creamy dill sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Salad

2 teaspoons olive oil
1/3 lb. Shrimp
1/3 lb. squid
1/3 lb. bay scallops
1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
6 oz. crab
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp Zero Calorie Sweetener
2 tablespoons garlic pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Recipe Directions for Seafood Salad

  1. Saute (shrimp, calamari, scallops) seafood mix in olive oil. Add garlic pepper seasoning to mix before the shrimp are completely pink. Once the shrimp are pink, set place seafood in strainer to drain any additional liquid and set aside to completely cool. Once cooled, add onions, celery and crab. Do NOT stir yet, so that you don't break up the crab too badly.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, lemon pepper seasoning. Pour over other salad ingredients and toss until coated.
