nice as a starter but can also be served as a main course with a large green salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood salad

155 grams Salmon, Chinook, Smoked, (Lox), Regular
100 grams Peas
100 grams Lobster, Northern
1 tbsp Cream Cheese Light
6 grams Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar Red Wine
10 grams Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 dash Salt, Table
1 oz Coriander
272 grams Scallops

Recipe Directions for Seafood salad

  1. cut salmon into small pieces.

  2. Mix with peas and lobster (shredded into small pieces).

  3. Mix together cream cheese, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, salt and paprika.

  4. pour over salad.

  5. mix in coriander leaves

  6. grill the scallops.

  7. lay on top of salad and serve
