Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Salad

8 oz pasta, sea shells, small
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tarragon

Recipe Directions for Seafood Salad

  1. Boil water to a boil add pasta, simmer 8-10 mins or al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.

  2. Chop celery and crab meat.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk mayo, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt, pepper and tarragon.

  4. Add the pasta, celery and crab meat and stir until evenly coasted.

  5. Adjust the salt, sugar or mayo to suit taste.

  6. Chill several hours before serving
