This is a really yummy low cal salad. The cheese and lemon juice taste perfect, you don't even need dressing!

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood salad

2 cups of romaine lettuce
1 cup of cucumber slices
1/4 can of tuna in water, drained
2 steamed shrimp
1/8 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of Parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Seafood salad

  1. Cut up and peel vegetables, drain tuna, and cook shrimp

  2. then combine and top with lemon juice and parmesan cheese

  3. enjoy :)
