150 g of shrimps can be substitute partially for the crab meat imitation, flaky style.

Recipe Ingredients for seafood salad

100 g crab meat
150 g shrimp
130 g celery
50 g frozen green peas
50 g frozen corn
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Recipe Directions for seafood salad

  1. 3 top ingredients chop and mix

  2. mayo mix with sour cream or kefir (to make it thinner),

  3. defrost green peas/corn mix

  4. add defrosted veggies parsley and dill

  5. mix
