6 baby carrots
2 eggs
5 oz crabmeat
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 onion chopped

Recipe Directions for Seafood Salad Homemade with Egg

  1. Boil eggs

  2. Cut celery in small pieces

  3. Dice onion

  4. Julienne carrots

  5. Cut crabmeat in small pieces

  6. Mix with mayonnaise

  7. Let eggs cool off, when cold, chop and mix in salad

  8. Pepper to taste

  9. Let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours
