Recipe Ingredients for seafood pasta salad

4 oz bow tie pasta
8 oz cooked crab
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, sliced
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup fat free italian dressing
2 oz lemon juice
1 head romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for seafood pasta salad

  1. prepare bow tie pasta according to directions. when cooked drain well.

  2. while pasta cooking, combine crab, carrot, celery, tomato, italian dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper (optional) in a large mixing bowl.

  3. add cooked pasta to crab mixture and fold into crab mixture.

  4. divide romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped, between two plates. top each with half of pasta salad.
