Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Pasta Salad

12 ounce pasta
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
8 oz. imitation crabmeat
2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 eggs
1 lb shrimp

Recipe Directions for Seafood Pasta Salad

  1. Hard boil the eggs.

  2. Cook the pasta al dente. I like small shells.

  3. Boil the shrimp or use already cooked shrimp.

  4. Cool the eggs, pasta and shrimp. Run the pasta under cool water to prevent sticking.

  5. Mix the mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.

  6. Cut up the shrimp (if large) and dice up the eggs, celery and onion.

  7. Combine all ingredients.

  8. Chill for at least an hour, prefereably a few.
