Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe

Makes 6 servings



Imitation Crab chunks with shrimp in pasta. Can be served warm or cold. If baking, bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with potato chips before cooking.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Pasta Salad

3 cups macaroni (elbow cooked)
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces imitation crab meat (chunk halved)
8 ounces shrimp (cut in small bites)
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Seafood Pasta Salad

  1. Cook macaroni in Old Bay Seasoning and cool

  2. Cook shrimp and cool

  3. Cut imitation crab meat into 1/2-inch pieces

  4. Cut shrimp into same size pieces

  5. Mix all ingredients together

  6. Cool before serving
