Recipe Ingredients for seafood pasta

1 tbsp canola oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
8 oz small scallops
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 green onions, diced
1 lb macaroni
3 oz imitation crab meat
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for seafood pasta

  1. cook pasta according to package directions

  2. saute scallops and veggies

  3. add garlic and basil

  4. add imitation crab

  5. mix with pasta

  6. sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
