Seafood Pasta Recipe

All the seafood you could ever ask for, except langostines...

Recipe Ingredients for seafood pasta

1/2 pound medium shrimp
5 oz small scallops
1/4 cup clams
4 tbsp garlic
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 oz parsley
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 cups pasta
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for seafood pasta

  1. Boil pasta separatley.

  2. Melt butter in pan.

  3. Add olive oil and stir to combine.

  4. Add wine and boil down on high heat for 2 min.

  5. Add garlic and sautee 2-3 min.

  6. Add dry spices.

  7. Add seafood, shrimps with shells on to retain moisture and flavor.

  8. Saute mixture with lid on pan, mixing every few minutes to avoid overcooking one side of shrimp/scallop on med heat for 10 minutes. If you want to scallops less well done, add them 5 minutes into cook time.

  9. Add tomatoes and parsley and saute on med heat without lid for 2 more minutes. If sauce is too thin, remove seafood to separate bowl and boil down sauce as necessary.

  10. Combine with pasta, garnish with parm. cheese.
