Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Okra Soup

1 cup Okra
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
4 oz Tilapia Fillets
3 oz Prawns
1 tbsp Palm Oil
1/2 oz Chilli
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cube Beef Flavor Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Seafood Okra Soup

  1. saute onions & chilli in palm oil

  2. place all remainign ingredients (excepte seafood) in a pan & bring to boil

  3. place fish and prawns and steam for 5 minutes

  4. serve piping hot with boiled plantain, fufu or brown/white rice
