A good hearty soup for a cold winter day.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood and Mushroom Soup

3 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 cup, diced Celery
8 oz Scallops
6 oz Claw Crabmeat
12 oz Fat Free Evaporated Milk
2 oz Wine, Table, White
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 serving Ground Red Pepper Spice
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
3 tsp Garlic
12 oz Water
0.33 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Seafood and Mushroom Soup

Dice and saute onion, garlic and celery. Add mushroom slices cook for 3 minutes. I chop them in the skillet so there is large and small pieces. Add scallops and cook an additional 5 minutes until cooked through. Add crab meat, wine, spices,balsamic vinegar, milk and water. Simmer for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Makes 8.5 cups. Salt and pepper to taste.
