Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Medley

1 clove garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 red pepper
8 ounce tomato sauce
8 ounce diced tomato
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup edamame (shelled soybeans)
16 ounces imitation crab meat

Recipe Directions for Seafood Medley

  1. Saute garlic, onion & red peper for 5 to 7 minutes

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta & simmer for 10 minutes

  3. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese (optional)

  4. Serve over bowtie pasta (The recipe above does not include any pasta)
