You can add whatever protein you like, I just have picky eaters and added chicken to make them eat. Also some Parmesan cheese to make it richer.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Medley with Angelhair pasta

1 lb (with shell), yield after shell removed Clams
4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 stalk(151 g) Broccoli
19 shrimp(100 g) Shrimp Cooked
0.4 box Angel Hair Dry
8 oz Cream Cheese Light
1.5 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Seafood Medley with Angelhair pasta

  1. Cook Pasta as directed

  2. In large saute pan brown chicken, add herbs and broccoli

  3. Add shrimp and clams and cook through using some water to steam the clams and broccoli

  4. Add cream cheese and let simmer a couple minutes.

  5. Add pasta to the clam mixture and toss together, serve with Parmesan cheese if desired it ups the calories though.
