Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Jumbalaya

10 oz diced tomatoes (1 can)
4 cups beef broth
8 oz beer
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup peas
1/4 lb shrimp
3 oz Crab, Alaska King, Imitation
3 oz smoked salmon
3/4 cup wild rice
3/4 cup long grain rice
32 grams bacon
6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
16 oz pasta sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Seafood Jumbalaya

  1. Combine rice and 1.5 cups water and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Set aside.

  2. Cook bacon, shrimp, and chicken separately in non-stick pan.

  3. Combine all ingredients except for the rice and cook under medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve over rice.
