My version of gumbo, based on my Grandmother's recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Gumbo

0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 cup Stewed Tomatoes, Original Recipe
4 oz raw Seafood Mix
0.33 cup Okra
1 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Seafood Gumbo

  1. Saute onions

  2. add seafood

  3. add tomatoes

  4. add file, bay leaf and other seasonings

  5. add rice

  6. let simmer
